The CAC 40 closed below 3000 points, heavy losses in Europe

PARIS (Reuters) – European shares have increased their relapse closing on Monday, recovering from lows of 2009, in a climate of growing concerns about the debt crisis and fears of euro fell back into recession in the United States.

The CAC 40 index ended down 4.73% at 2999.54 points, its lowest since July 10, 2009 (final closing)

London drops 3.58%, 5.28% Frankfurt, Milan and 4.83% EuroStoxx 50 4.9% to 2111.85 points, its lowest since April 1, 2009.
