Syrian troops killed 15 civilians

BEIRUT – On Friday during opposition demonstrations the Syrian regime has killed 17 people and strikes in several cities, said the Syrian Observatory of Human Rights.

Two protesters were killed in Homs (center) when security forces opened fire on the crowd, who took to the streets after Friday prayers.

Five other people were killed in the province of Hama (center) and ten others in the region of Jabal al-Zawiya (northwest).

The militant human rights Osso Mustapha, who is based in Syria, said that thousands of people were also took to the streets of northern cities of the country with a Kurdish majority.
