“We can not accept this (…) the outside world not to impose its alleged plan to resolve crisis the Syrian people,” said the spokesman.
The latter said that “China has called on the Syrian government and all parties in Syria to stop immediately and completely, all acts of violence and begin a dialogue without conditions”.

These statements were made in response to comments by Secretary of State Hillary Clinton at the conference of “Friends of Syria” in Tunis, had urged the international community to “push Russia and China to change position “on the Syrian problem.
