New record of 1,817.90 ounces of gold to dollars

LONDON (Reuters) – On Wednesday the price of an ounce of gold reached a new record at 1817.90 dollars, risk aversion will increase after the publication in the United States of Statistics jobless.

“Gold is the star of the summer, with regular new heights and soon the psychological threshold of $ 2,000,” said Valerie Gastaldy, an analyst at Day By Day graphic.

“We note acceleration of the uptrend and into bubble. The aim of the current movement is between 2,060 dollars and 2,080 dollars”

The weekly jobless claims rose in the United States during the week to August 13, at 408,000 against 399,000 (revised) the previous week, said the Labor Department on Thursday.
