Forces dislodged pro-Gaddafi in Tripoli

TRIPOLI, Libya – Libyan rebels said on Saturday taking the suburb of Qasr Ghachi bin near the airport in Tripoli, in the wake of ensuring that the capital had no more forces still loyal to Colonel Muammar Gaddafi.

After a night of fighting, residents of Qasr Bin Ghachi (20km south of Tripoli) celebrated the release of their neighborhood by firing shots into the air and trampling of portraits of fallen Rais, who is still missing.

“We can say that Ben was released Ghachi soldiers Gaddafi,” he told Omar el-Ghouzaïl, one of the military leaders of the rebellion in charge of the rebel forces at the airport. “We were able to drive them completely out of Tripoli,” he added.
