Estonia is ready to receive military training from NATO

Estonia is prepared to allow its NATO allies to train in a bombing and shooting of surface to air missiles on its territory, reported the daily Eesti Päevaleht on Tuesday.

“Some countries want to train in our country to launch bombs and air to surface missiles. We plan to offer them this possibility by the end of 2014,” said Chief of Staff of the Air Force of the Estonia, Lieutenant Colonel Jaak Tarien.

Estonia will also allow drivers of the Alliance to conduct training flights at altitudes below 200 meters. Such elevation enables aircraft to avoid detection by enemy radar.
