* AT & T promised to repatriate 5,000 jobs in the United States if U.S. regulators approved its proposed acquisition of T-Mobile, a subsidiary of Deutsche Telekom.
* BANK OF AMERICA. The complaints filed by Deutsche Bank and the subsidiary of BNP Paribas Real Estate credits against the U.S. bank were rejected.
Deutsche Bank and BNP Paribas have 30 days to file a new application. Both institutions believe that Bank of America has not fulfilled its obligations on more than 1.7 billion transactions related to mortgages.
* ORACLE. U.S. authorities are investigating to determine whether the agreements reached in Africa by the manufacturer of software for companies violate the anti-corruption laws of the United States.
