The request of Dr. Murray rejected

Los Angeles – Yesterday Los Angeles prosecutors have objected to the parole application filed by Dr. Conrad Murray, who has appealed a verdict of manslaughter in the death of Michael Jackson.

In a written motion, counsel stated that Murray was a danger to society and that he might flee if he were permitted to leave the prison where he is detained. Murray was convicted after a trial in which his use of propofol has been widely discussed. The singer died poisoned by an overdose of this medicine in June 2009.
