Inflation remains unchanged in the U.S.

Washington – Consumer prices were unchanged in June in the U.S., lower gasoline prices offset increases with those of food and health care.

Excluding items whose prices are more volatile as those in categories such as diet and energy, inflation remained low at 0.2% in June. This is the fourth consecutive month as core inflation rises at this rate.
