If you still think that recording a music album requires a battery of instruments and sophisticated studio, think again. The Guardian tells the story of a young rapper who has an album created entirely using computers in the Apple Store in Soho, New York
Prince Harvey. – his artist name – had to find a solution when extra apartment that a friend lent him was seized because of unpaid rent, together with her computer and music equipment. Every day for four months, he went to the Apple store to work on a set of computers, using the GarageBand music creation application.
A marketing interest in the store
Four months to create Phatass, an acronym for “Harvey Prince at the Apple Store Soho”, to stand for four to five, and trying to pass as unnoticed as possible. If it was early gently pushed out, store managers quickly saw the interest of his marketing operation.
