Boomerang: Instagram invents a second video

In terms of applications Photo / Video smartphone, competition becomes harsh and leaders must innovate to stay, including the first of them: Instagram. Recall that according to a signed Piper Jaffray survey
which provides a new classification of social networks into account
the opinion of young American users, Instagram tops in one third of surveyed teenagers.

To maintain this success, Instagram is launching today Boomerang, yet another application to the attention of those pesky young zappers. So she turns a series of two pictures of the same subject in a video of just one second. What interest? In fact, the video is cued, stabilized and looping, which gives the impression of repetitive motion seamless, much like a Gif format very fashionable now on social networks.

Also in the logic of an application for a service, Boomerang is offered as such on iOS and Android and should obviously strengthen the commitment of facebook users because these videos were obviously meant to be shared on the social network.
