Ligue 1: match Saint-Etienne-Lorient stopped and postponed

PARIS (Reuters) -On Saturday the meeting between Saint-Etienne and Lorient was suspended after ten minutes of play then postponed because of field conditions, frozen in some places and become dangerous to the players.

The schedule of the match for the 22nd day of Ligue 1 had already been advanced from 18:00 GMT to 14:00 GMT in order to facilitate the playing conditions

The referee of the match, Benoit Bastien, was first kicked off of the match before returning the 22 players to the locker room ten minutes later because of a ground game too, especially because of falling players.

The Professional Football League (LFP) has not made ​​known to the time the date of postponement of the match.
