One in 10 feels a sense of well being when his messages on social networks are “likes”, and shared and retweeted it maintains many virtual contact. Girls are more addicted to new means of communication than boys. A study by the Central Bureau of Statistics in the Netherlands, they feel anxious when they have no access to online information and more often afraid to miss a message.

Despite this, many young people think that personal contacts are more important than those made through social networks. Almost half of young people admit that social networks have a negative influence on their lives. They say less sleep and suffer from concentration problems. Their results at school as a result. A minority of them report that they maintain less good contacts with their relatives and friends because of social networks.
