When the thermometer rises, it is wise to eat lightly. Seasonal fruits and vegetables are recommended, particularly if they are rich in water.

Avoid large meals that make up the body temperature. Namely: starchy foods have the particularity not to raise the core body temperature.
Less fat than prepared meals, barbecues will not raise the body temperature. Besides the focus on generating content for plate, must think to caulk the hottest hours to avoid big efforts.
